Hector has over 40 years of experience working with and developing Semiconductor Test solutions. Hector is renowned in the valley for supporting his customer’s, Hector has managed 3 sales firms over his career. All three firms have been the leading sales firm in Silicon Valley for final test and failure analysis products. Hectors commitment to “service what you sell and sell what you service” is the philosophy behind his continued success.
Robert has a BS in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly SLO with over 20 years of hands on experience with final test and failure analysis solutions. Robert spent the first five years of his career selling and servicing rebuild contracts (GLR) focused on extending the working life of capital equipment at Integrated Device Manufacturers. With the customer knowledge developed at GLR Robert has been selling new solutions for final test and FA, continuing the strong tradition of sell what we service and service what we sell.
Lisa has a BS in Chemistry from Santa Clara University with over 20 years hands on experience working with final test and failure analysis solutions. Lisa successfully managed and was the primary salesperson for a rebuild service company (GLR) for 5 years, was focused on creating partnerships with Integrated Device Manufacturers to extend the life of their installed base of capital equipment. With the customer base knowledge developed at GLR, for the past 9 years Lisa has been focused on selling and supporting customers with new capital equipment providing cutting edge final test and failure analysis solutions, following the HTS motto of sell what we service and service what we sell.
